1. Who we are
The data controller is Children's Academy private school. Contact details are on the Contact page.
2. What we collect
Admission form: parent's name, phone number, (optional) child's name, target grade, language and message text.
Olympiads, quizzes, assessments and psychology tests: participant name, grade, answers and results; contact details for olympiad registration.
Brain-game leaderboard: the nickname you enter and your score. We recommend not using a real name.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request, register participation, issue results and certificates and score tests. Data is never used for advertising, sold or shared with third parties.
4. Cookies and tracking
The site does not use cookies. Only convenience settings stay in your browser storage: theme (light/dark), language and test progress. Visit statistics are anonymous page views that do not identify a person.
5. Children's data
Children's data is collected through a parent or legal guardian, or with their permission. We ask only for the minimum needed. Psychology test results are not a diagnosis, are informational only and are not shared with third parties without consent.
A parent can ask at any time to view, correct or delete their child's data.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored in a protected database and only authorised staff can access it. A notification about new admission requests may be sent to the admissions office. Data is not kept longer than the purpose requires.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent. To make a request, use the e-mail or phone number on the Contact page.
